With stunning views of our garden and surrounding valleys, you can spend a summer afternoon relaxing by the pool with a cold drink in hand, watch the blue sky, and listen to the birds singing. The pool is 12.5 meters long and 2.2 meters deep at the deepest point.

The Villa’s impeccable private garden boasts over 100 types of different types of flowers, herbs, plants and trees. Need some herbs for cooking? You’ll find rosemary, thyme and basil at your doorstep! For many years now, the garden has been lovingly looked after by Luciano, our groundskeeper, who will be thrilled to show you around.

Outdoor Wood Oven and BBQ

Our rustic wood oven is an absolute favorite amongst guests. The oven makes amazing hot pizza and fresh crispy breads, with very little effort. The adjoining BBQ is used for meats, and to huddle around with on a chilly evening.

Situated slightly above the villa, with a wonderful view of the garden and surrounding valleys, lies a sizeable, fully covered loggia with a table tennis table. For families with children it’s an excellent kids hang-out.

Pick-up Service

We recommend you to arrange a car at the airport so that you can exploit the many activities and sights in and around Todi. However, we can also arrange a pick-up and drop-off from Perugia Airport. Bookings are based upon availability.
